BOO DIDDLEY
Boo is our home breed 7yo. She is a TB x Connemara. After backing and producing her between me and mum and with my sister having the odd hack and jump on her no one else has sat on her. She is showing real potential and loves her work. She has had a good season with a number of top 5 placing within BE90 and BE100 including being 2nd in our BE90rf qualifying us for Badminton Grass Routes next year. Our aims for next year is to have as good as possible preparation for Badminton and then have a few runs at BE100 and hopefully step up to Novice. Over the winter after her holidays we will focus on improving our dressage and Show Jumping

DAISY JANE
Daisy is very special to us. My uncle her and my cousin did a lot of ground work with her before she went back to my uncle and went into training, and was owned by my granny, unfortunately she never raced. She has spent a year learning to chill out and be a horse. Although our dressage is still needing a work but she really does love her jumping. We went to Eden Valley BE90 at the end of the season, our dressage wasn't very good, but she jumped nicely in the show jumping with just one down and flew round the cross country, she has learnt a lot from the experience. Grampa is very excited for her future and keeps telling me that we just need to settle the dressage, which we will work on through the winter.

Coco
We have owned Coco for a number of years now, we started off eventing but some days she just doesn’t want to go cross country. This summer we have taken up Side Saddle and she has taken to it very well. She has done a couple of shows and been placed well. She moves well and have done a bit of dressage in the last month. This weekend we headed off to SNEC for Area Riding Club Qualifier’s where she was 2nd in her arena and helped the team to win. We will do a bit of jumping and dressage over the winter as well as hopefully getting some hunting in.

Bumble
Bumble is another homebred (4yo) TB and half sister to Boo. He has just been hacking around and doing a bit of flat work and jumping this summer after coming back from being backed, he is bold and genuine and is rather enjoying his time at the moment. He will do some more work in the next month or so before having a holiday over the winter to have a think about what he has learnt. We will get him in early next year and will see how he progresses from there. Ideally we would like to get some competition outings on him but we will have to see.
Lucky Talisman
Rupert is our old pony who we have owned for a number of years. He has been out on loan for 8-9years to different people and has gone on to teach them all a lot, like he did with me and my sister when we rode him. He is having a quiet time in the field and we are thinking of doing some light work with him in the new year and maybe do some veterans classes with him, although I think he might find it slightly exciting like he did with everything even though he is 30!!

Fiddlers Reel
Fiddle is a homebred, TB, he is uncle to Boo and Bumble, and has spent his life being a race horse so far. Mum and I have been doing a lot of his fattening work in the last few years, and he has gone on to run some very good races. He started with two Point-to-Points in which he won both, then in two National Hunt Flat races where he ran well. He ran in 3 hurdle races where he won one before starting to Chase where he has had 3 wins. He isn't always the easiest and we have had to overcome some health issues with him but he has given us all so much fun and pleasure, as well as the stress that comes with it all!
